Coriander, Bay leaf, Chilly, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Salt, Aniseed, Cinnamom, Cardamom, Cloves, Nutmeg, Cumin etc.
1 Kgs Chicken, 1 Kgs Biryani Rice, 50 Grms Century Biryani Masala,500 grms Onion, 2 bulbs Garlic, 2 Pcs Ginger, 10 green Chillies, 3 Red sliced tomotoes, Coriander leaf, Curry Leaf & Mint Leaf (Chopped), Cashew and Kaskas paste, Salt to taste and 1 cup Ghee.
Cut and Clean Chicken
Grind the Garlic, Ginger and Green Chillies to a paste.
Fry the onions in the ghee then add the pastes and the sliced ingredients.
Add the Century Biryani Masala and the chicken pieces and cook.
Wash and soak the rice for 15 minutes. Fry it in Ghee till dry and then add water and Boil.
Mix the rice and the chicken and pour ghee over it. Close the lid and bake for 30 minutes.
